Hello and welcome – thank you for visiting our Twitter landing page

We love Wolverhampton’s Great Outdoors and we hope you do too.
There is a green and open space roughly 15 minutes away from most homes in Wolverhampton to enjoy. We use Twitter as it’s a very quick way that we can communicate events information with our users. We also use it to engage in conversation, share photographs of places that we all enjoy in Wolverhampton and to talk about opportunities for volunteering, becoming a member of a Friends Group etc.
Our follow policy is simple – we like to follow back – particularly those that live, work or have businesses in Wolverhampton. You may see a variety of hashtags that we use – like #WolverhamptonsGreatOutdoors #WonderfulWulfrunians #TeamWV #TeamWolverhampton – because our philosophy is simple – nobody does it all on their own … do they? Sometimes we can all help each other and when that comes to our local community, we will do all we can to help to promote our neighbours. If we don’t follow back immediately, send us a tweet – it may just be that we’ve hit a Twitter limit.
Wilf is the online presence of Wolverhampton Parks and can be found online in a number of places. See below for our social media passport:
Facebook – this is our main account but we are building a portfolio of others like:
Pinterest – a pin board of all the things that Wilf and Wolverhampton Parks gets involved in or enjoys
Eventbrite – this is where we host our events. It’s where you can download your free tickets to attend our ranger led events in the parks.
Flickr – this is our photograph album. We also have photograph albums for specific sites, and these are growing all the time.
